Position Overview :

We are seeking a highly experienced SAP S/4HANA Controlling (CO) Lead / Architect to drive enterprise-grade financial transformations. In this role, you will lead complex implementation and migration projects, design scalable technical solutions, and optimize integrations across SAP financial and operational modules. You will partner with senior global stakeholders, mentor team members, and ensure our financial architectures align with long-term strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Architecture & Deployment :

- Architect and deploy advanced SAP S/4HANA Controlling solutions to align financial processes with global business objectives and regulatory standards.

2. End-to-End Project Leadership :

- Lead complex migration and greenfield/brownfield implementation projects by translating intricate business needs into scalable technical designs that optimize performance.

3. Cross-Module Integration :

- Optimize seamlessly integrated workflows between CO and other SAP modules (FI, MM, SD, PP) to ensure end-to-end data integrity across the enterprise.

4. Team Mentorship :

- Mentor junior consultants and internal teams, fostering technical growth and elevating functional capability across the organization.

5. Process Optimization & Automation :

- Identify bottlenecks in financial workflows and implement automated solutions to reduce manual efforts, risk, and operational overhead.

6. Strategic Roadmap & Advisory :

- Partner with senior business and finance stakeholders to establish long-term roadmaps for SAP financial modules, ensuring a future-proof enterprise architecture.

Required Skillset & Qualifications :

1. Core Expertise :

- Deep mastery of SAP S/4HANA Finance and Controlling, with specialized expertise in Universal Journal (ACDOCA), Profitability Analysis (CO-PA), Product Costing (CO-PC), and Overhead Cost Controlling.

2. Implementation Experience :

- Proven track record of leading large-scale, multi-geography SAP implementations across the entire lifecycle (Blueprinting, Design, Build, Testing, Cutover, and Post-Go-Live support).

3. Integration Depth :

- Hands-on experience configuring and troubleshooting integrations across FI, MM, SD, and PP modules.

4. Stakeholder Management :

- Exceptional communication skills with a proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into strategic insights for executive finance leaders.

5. Problem Solving & Analytics :

- Strong analytical capabilities to diagnose complex systemic issues in financial data flows and design sustainable architecture fixes.

6. Education :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field (SAP certifications in S/4HANA Finance/Controlling are highly preferred).

7. Adaptability :

- Demonstrated ability to thrive in high-stakes, fast-paced, global environments with hybrid working models.
