Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA ABAP Developer with 8-10 years of SAP technical development experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, enhancing, and supporting SAP ABAP solutions across S/4HANA environments. The role requires strong expertise in ABAP development, performance optimization, integrations, and SAP transformation initiatives, with the ability to deliver scalable and high-quality solutions aligned with business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain SAP ABAP programs, reports, interfaces, enhancements, forms, workflows, and custom developments.

- Develop technical solutions for business requirements across SAP S/4HANA environments.

- Build and support RICEFW objects including Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, and Workflows.

- Perform ABAP code optimization, performance tuning, and efficient database access design.

- Develop and maintain integrations between SAP and external applications using standard and custom interfaces.

- Support SAP implementation, upgrade, migration, and S/4HANA transformation projects.

- Analyze technical requirements and prepare technical design specifications.

- Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

- Perform unit testing, defect resolution, code reviews, and technical documentation activities.

- Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing application support.

- Ensure compliance with SAP development standards, best practices, and governance processes.

- Participate in system enhancements, change requests, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 8-10 years of experience in SAP ABAP development.

- Strong hands-on expertise in SAP S/4HANA ABAP development.

- Experience developing Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, and Workflows (RICEFW).

- Strong knowledge of ABAP programming concepts, modularization techniques, and object-oriented ABAP.

- Experience in performance tuning, SQL optimization, and efficient database programming.

- Hands-on experience supporting SAP upgrades, migrations, and S/4HANA transformation programs.

- Experience developing and supporting interfaces and integrations with SAP and third-party systems.

- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

- Understanding of SAP data models, business processes, and technical architecture.

- Experience preparing technical specifications and supporting testing activities.

- Familiarity with SAP development tools, transport management, and release processes.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Experience working in Agile and enterprise SAP project environments.
