Job Description :

Position : SAP S/4HANA Retail Specialist (Senior)

Skill : Customer Activity Repository (CAR) module experience is mandatory

Years of Experience : 8+ Years

Implementation : 2 end-to-end

SAP CAR Knowledge :

- Strong understanding of SAP Customer Activity Repository (CAR) architecture

- Experience with SAP CAR on S/4HANA

- Knowledge of CAR data models (POS, sales, inventory, customer data)

Functional Skills :

- POS Data Transfer and Audit (POSDTA)

- Unified Demand Forecast (UDF) & Demand Data Foundation (DDF)

- Customer Analytics and retail business processes

- Order to Cash (OTC)

- Integration with SAP S/4HANA Retail

Technical Skills :

- SAP HANA modelling (Calculation Views, CDS Views)

- SQLScript and performance optimisation

- Data replication using SLT

- IDocs, OData, and API integrations

- Basic ABAP debugging for CAR-related issues

- Oracle Database

Integration & Tools :

- Integration with POS systems

- Experience with SAP Fiori apps related to CAR

- Data quality monitoring and reconciliation

Industry & Soft Skills :

- Retail industry knowledge

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Stakeholder communication and documentation
