Role : SAP Onboarding & Implementation Consultant (Business Analyst)

About the Role :

We're looking for an SAP Onboarding & Implementation Consultant to help clients adopt SAP smoothly. You'll bridge business teams and the technical side, understanding how clients work, translating their needs into SAP solutions, and guiding them from requirement gathering through go-live and beyond.

What You'll Do :

- Work with client stakeholders to understand business processes and gather requirements.

- Conduct fit-gap analysis and map business requirements to SAP functionality.

- Prepare business requirement documents (BRDs), functional specifications and process flows.

- Support SAP configuration in coordination with technical and functional teams.

- Plan and support data migration, including data mapping, validation and cleansing.

- Prepare test scenarios, support system integration testing (SIT) and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT).

- Onboard client users through training sessions, user manuals and walkthroughs.

- Support go-live activities and provide hypercare support post-implementation.

- Track issues, change requests and project milestones, and keep stakeholders updated.

- Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend best practices.

What We're Looking For :

- 5+ years of experience in SAP implementation, onboarding or a business analyst role.

- Hands-on exposure to SAP modules, e.g., S/4HANA FI/CO, MM, SD, SuccessFactors.

- End-to-end SAP implementation or rollout experience.

- Strong requirement gathering, documentation and process mapping skills.

- Experience in testing, user training and post-go-live support.

- Excellent communication skills and comfort working directly with clients.

- Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.

Good to Have :

- SAP certification in the relevant module.

- Exposure to SAP Activate methodology.

- Experience with tools like Solution Manager, JIRA or Visio.
