SAP REFX Consultant - Implementation & Support

Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced SAP REFX Consultant with deep expertise in SAP Real Estate Flexible (RE-FX) to support and deliver SAP S/4HANA implementations and enhancements.

The ideal candidate will bring strong domain knowledge in real estate processes and finance, along with hands-on experience in configuring and supporting SAP REFX solutions across the full project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities :

SAP REFX Implementation & Support :

- Collaborate with clients to analyze real estate business processes and gather detailed requirements.

- Design, configure, and implement SAP REFX solutions, including contract management, lease administration, and property management.

- Configure and maintain the SAP REFX module, ensuring data integrity and system accuracy.

Real Estate & Financial Management :

- Manage real estate transactions such as lease agreements, acquisitions, renewals, and disposals.

- Work closely with legal and business teams to ensure regulatory and contractual compliance.

- Generate, analyze, and interpret financial reports related to real estate portfolios.

- Leverage strong knowledge of Finance, FI-AA, and real estate accounting processes.

Collaboration & Process Improvement :

- Conduct workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfers for end-users.

- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and data accuracy.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline real estate and financial processes.

- Work closely with technical teams on system integration, enhancements, and data migration activities.

Quality & Continuous Improvement :

- Participate in testing, validation, and user acceptance testing (UAT) of SAP REFX solutions.

- Provide ongoing production support, issue resolution, and system optimization.

- Stay up to date with SAP REFX innovations, S/4HANA advancements, and best practices.

Required Skills & Competencies :

- Strong hands-on experience with SAP REFX (Flexible Real Estate Management).

- In-depth understanding of real estate business processes and financial integration.

- Solid experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance and FI-AA.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with client-facing experience.

- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within cross-functional teams.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
