Role Overview :

As an SAP REFX Consultant, you will be responsible for the successful implementation, configuration, and support of the SAP Real Estate Management (REFX) module for our clients. You will work closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements, translate them into SAP solutions, and ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, including project managers, developers, and other consultants, to deliver high-quality solutions that meet our clients' needs and drive business value.

Key Responsibilities :

- Gather and analyze business requirements related to real estate management processes to design effective SAP REFX solutions for clients.

- Configure and customize the SAP REFX module, including master data, lease administration, contract management, and accounting integration, to meet specific client needs.

- Develop and execute test plans to ensure the quality and functionality of SAP REFX solutions before deployment.

- Provide end-user training and support to enable clients to effectively utilize the SAP REFX module.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP REFX functionality to ensure smooth business operations.

- Collaborate with other SAP consultants and developers to integrate SAP REFX with other SAP modules, such as FI, CO, and SD.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP REFX features and functionalities to provide innovative solutions to clients.

- Prepare documentation, including functional specifications, configuration guides, and training materials, to support the implementation and maintenance of SAP REFX solutions.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated ability to configure and implement SAP REFX modules, including lease administration, contract management, and financial integration.

- Proven expertise in gathering business requirements, designing solutions, and conducting testing within the SAP REFX environment.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams.

- Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into SAP REFX solutions.

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business Administration.

- Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused consulting environment in Chennai.
