Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Lease Accounting implementation and transformation projects.

- Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective SAP lease accounting solutions.

- Configure and support lease accounting processes within SAP S/4HANA.

- Ensure lease accounting processes comply with applicable accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

- Work closely with Finance, Accounting, IT, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions.

- Design, configure, test, and deploy lease accounting solutions.

- Conduct requirement gathering, process analysis, solution design, testing, and implementation activities.

- Support SIT, UAT, integration testing, and production deployment.

- Identify gaps in existing processes and recommend improvements and automation opportunities.

- Troubleshoot functional issues and provide timely resolution.

- Prepare functional specifications, process documentation, and user guides.

- Coordinate with technical teams for enhancements, integrations, and custom developments.

- Provide post-go-live support and ensure stable operation of lease accounting processes.

Required Skills :

- 8+ years of hands-on SAP S/4HANA experience.

- Strong expertise in SAP Lease Accounting.

- Good understanding of end-to-end lease accounting processes.

- Experience in SAP S/4HANA implementation and support projects.

- Strong understanding of Finance and Accounting processes.

- Knowledge of relevant lease accounting standards and compliance requirements.

- Experience in requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.

- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Candidate Profile :

- Proven experience delivering end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Lease Accounting projects.

- Strong functional and business-process knowledge in Finance and Accounting.

- Ability to work independently with global stakeholders.

- Strong documentation, communication, and project coordination skills.

- Candidates with an immediate or short notice period are preferred.
