As an SAP RE-FX Consultant, you will be at the forefront of implementing and optimizing SAP's Flexible Real Estate Management (RE-FX) module for our clients. Your daily tasks will involve configuring the system, providing expert advice on best practices, and troubleshooting issues to ensure seamless real estate processes. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and other SAP consultants to deliver solutions that meet our clients' specific needs. Your expertise will directly impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our clients' real estate operations, enabling them to make informed decisions and optimize their property portfolios.

Key Responsibilities :

- Configure and customize the SAP RE-FX module to align with client's real estate business processes, ensuring accurate data management and efficient workflows.

- Lead workshops and gather requirements from business stakeholders to translate business needs into functional specifications for SAP RE-FX solutions.

- Develop and execute test plans to validate the functionality and performance of SAP RE-FX configurations, ensuring high-quality deliverables.

- Provide expert support and troubleshooting for SAP RE-FX related issues, minimizing disruptions to business operations and ensuring timely resolution.

- Develop and deliver training programs for end-users on SAP RE-FX functionalities, promoting user adoption and maximizing the value of the SAP investment.

- Collaborate with other SAP modules (e.g., FI, CO, SD) to ensure seamless integration and data consistency across the enterprise, improving overall business performance.

- Stay updated with the latest SAP RE-FX functionalities and industry best practices, recommending and implementing improvements to enhance system capabilities and efficiency.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in configuring and implementing SAP RE-FX, including master data setup, contract management, lease administration, and settlement processes.

- Proven ability to gather business requirements, design solutions, and translate them into technical specifications within the SAP RE-FX module.

- Strong understanding of real estate business processes and industry best practices, enabling effective solution design and implementation.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with business stakeholders, IT teams, and other consultants.

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Information Technology) or equivalent experience.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adapting to changing priorities and project requirements.

- 7 to 12 years of experience in SAP RE-FX implementations projects. Experience with SAP S/4HANA is a plus.

- Must be willing to work on-site in Mumbai/Navi Mumbai.
