Role : SAP QM, S4 hana, Migration

Job Role/ Your future duties and responsibilities :

- Provide day-to-day functional support for SAP QM processes within the S/4HANA system.

- Handle incidents, service requests, and change requests within agreed service levels.

- Support and configure key QM processes such as :

1. Quality Planning - inspection plans, sampling procedures, master inspection characteristics.

2. Quality Inspection - incoming goods, in-process, and final inspections.

3. Quality Notifications - defect recording, corrective actions, and rework processes.

4. Results recording, usage decisions, and defect management.

- Assist in integration between QM and other modules such as MM, PP, PM, and EWM/WM.

- Support inspection lot processing, batch management, and quality certificate management.

- Participate in testing, documentation, and deployment of system enhancements.

- Collaborate with technical teams for developments, reports, and Fiori applications.

- Support month-end and year-end activities related to quality processes.

- Work with business stakeholders to improve process efficiency and ensure compliance with quality standards.

- Prepare user guides and training materials for business users.
