Role Overview :

We are seeking a seasoned SAP QM Consultant to join our dynamic team in Bangalore, tasked with driving excellence in quality management processes across our enterprise landscape. In this role, you will act as the primary bridge between complex business requirements and technical SAP solutions, ensuring seamless integration across the ECC and S/4 HANA environments. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including supply chain, production, and sales stakeholders, to streamline quality inspection workflows and compliance standards. By optimizing these critical business processes, you will directly influence operational efficiency, product quality, and overall customer satisfaction, ensuring our systems remain robust and scalable in a fast-paced global market.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and configure SAP QM solutions to align with evolving business needs, ensuring that quality inspection plans and results recording processes meet stringent industry standards.

- Lead end-to-end SAP implementation projects, managing the full SDLC from initial blueprinting and gap analysis to final deployment and post-go-live support.

- Facilitate seamless SAP integration between QM and modules like MM, PP, and SD to ensure data integrity and process transparency across the entire supply chain.

- Conduct comprehensive workshops with business stakeholders to translate complex operational challenges into scalable technical configurations within SAP S/4 HANA.

- Provide expert-level troubleshooting and system optimization to resolve critical production issues, minimizing downtime and enhancing system performance for end-users.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrate deep functional expertise in SAP Quality Management, including inspection planning, quality notifications, and certificate management within both ECC and S/4 HANA environments.

- Exhibit strong analytical capabilities to map business processes to SAP standard functionality while effectively managing custom developments and system enhancements.

- Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders, fostering collaborative relationships across diverse global teams.

- Maintain a proactive approach to problem-solving, with the ability to adapt quickly to shifting project priorities in a high-pressure, hybrid work environment.

- Possess a solid academic foundation, typically represented by a degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, complemented by a commitment to continuous learning in the SAP ecosystem.
