Role Overview :

We are seeking a detail-oriented SAP QM Consultant to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, configuring, and supporting quality management processes within the SAP ECC environment to ensure seamless business operations. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including production, procurement, and sales departments, to translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions. By optimizing quality inspection processes and ensuring compliance with industry standards, you will directly influence the efficiency of our supply chain and the overall quality of deliverables, ultimately driving superior business outcomes for our global clients.

Key Responsibilities :

- Configure SAP QM modules including Quality Planning, Quality Inspection, and Quality Notifications to streamline end-to-end business processes for our clients.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather functional requirements and translate them into technical specifications that enhance system performance and user productivity.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues within the SAP ECC environment to minimize downtime and maintain operational continuity.

- Develop comprehensive documentation and training materials to empower end-users and ensure high adoption rates of implemented SAP solutions.

- Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate QM processes with MM, PP, and SD modules, ensuring data integrity and process consistency across the enterprise.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrate deep functional expertise in SAP QM configuration, including master data management, inspection plans, and result recording, within an SAP ECC environment.

- Exhibit strong analytical problem-solving skills to diagnose system bottlenecks and implement effective, scalable solutions.

- Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical peers and non-technical business stakeholders to foster collaborative project environments.

- Maintain a proactive approach to learning and adapting to new business requirements or system updates in a fast-paced, hybrid work setting in Bangalore.

- Possess a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, complemented by a proven track record of delivering high-quality SAP implementations.
