About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced SAP PS Consultant with strong hands-on experience in SAP Project System implementation, support, and global rollout projects. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in project structuring, planning, costing, procurement, billing, settlement, and integration with other SAP modules, particularly in an S/4HANA environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead SAP PS implementation, support, enhancement, and global rollout projects.

- Configure and deliver SAP PS solutions based on business requirements.

- Design and manage project structures including WBS, networks, activities, milestones, and project profiles.

- Handle project planning, budgeting, costing, scheduling, and project execution processes.

- Configure and support project-related procurement, MRP, material planning, and consumption processes.

- Manage milestone billing, revenue recognition, results analysis, and settlement processes.

- Support project cost controlling, budget monitoring, commitments, actual costs, and variance analysis.

- Work on SAP PS integration with FI/CO, SD, MM, CATS, and HCM.

- Analyze business requirements, prepare functional specifications, and coordinate with technical teams for development and enhancements.

- Troubleshoot production issues and provide functional support for SAP PS processes.

- Participate in testing, UAT, cutover, deployment, and post-go-live support activities.

- Support global rollout and process standardization initiatives across business units.

- Maintain functional documentation, process flows, configuration documents, and user guides.

- Work closely with business stakeholders to identify process improvements and optimize SAP PS functionality.

- Apply SAP S/4HANA best practices and ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture and business requirements.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 8 - 12 years of relevant experience in SAP PS.

- Strong hands-on experience in SAP PS configuration and implementation.

- Experience in SAP implementation, production support, enhancement, and global rollout projects.

- Strong understanding of project structuring, WBS, planning, scheduling, costing, budgeting, network management, assembly processing, material procurement, MRP, milestone billing, results analysis, and project settlement.

- Strong integration experience with SAP FI/CO, MM, SD, CATS, and HCM.

- Understanding of SAP enterprise structure and interface concepts.

- Basic knowledge of Variant Configuration.

- Strong experience in requirements gathering, solution design, testing, and production support.

- Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA is required.

- SAP PS/S/4HANA certification is preferred.

- Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
