Role Overview:

As an SAP PS Consultant, you will serve as a subject matter expert, guiding clients through the complexities of project lifecycle management within the SAP ecosystem.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders to translate intricate project requirements into robust, scalable SAP solutions.

Your daily contributions will involve configuring system modules, troubleshooting integration challenges, and ensuring that project financial and operational data flows seamlessly, ultimately empowering clients to achieve greater transparency and efficiency in their project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

- Architect and configure SAP Project System solutions to align with specific client business processes and project management methodologies.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather functional requirements and translate them into technical specifications that improve project tracking and financial reporting.

- Manage end-to-end implementation cycles, including system design, testing, data migration, and post-go-live support to ensure operational stability.

- Integrate SAP PS with other modules such as CO, FI, MM, and SD to create a unified data environment that supports informed decision-making.

- Provide expert guidance to project teams on best practices for budget management, resource planning, and progress tracking to optimize project delivery timelines.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrate deep functional expertise in SAP Project System, including WBS structures, network activities, and project budgeting, with 7 - 12 years of hands-on experience.

- Exhibit strong analytical capabilities to diagnose complex system issues and design innovative workarounds or permanent technical solutions.

- Communicate effectively with senior management and technical teams, translating complex SAP configurations into clear, actionable business insights.

- Possess a proven track record of managing full-cycle SAP implementations, demonstrating the ability to handle high-pressure environments and tight project deadlines.

- Maintain a proactive approach to learning new SAP technologies and industry trends, ensuring that solutions remain modern and compliant with evolving business needs.

- Hold a relevant degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or Business Administration, reflecting a strong academic foundation in technical or management disciplines.
