Role Overview :

We are seeking a seasoned SAP PS Consultant to lead complex project lifecycle engagements within a high-impact, remote environment. In this role, you will serve as the primary architect for Project System solutions, bridging the gap between intricate business requirements and robust technical execution. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders, project managers, and global delivery teams to ensure seamless SAP S/4 HANA integration. Your expertise will directly influence the efficiency of project accounting, resource management, and financial reporting, ultimately driving operational excellence and data-driven decision-making for our enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and execute end-to-end SAP PS implementations and rollouts, ensuring alignment with global business processes and local statutory requirements.

- Lead complex SAP S/4 HANA migration and transformation projects, translating business needs into scalable technical designs that optimize project performance.

- Manage seamless integration between SAP PS and other core modules such as FI, CO, MM, and SD to ensure data integrity and streamlined financial workflows.

- Provide expert-level support and troubleshooting for existing SAP environments, resolving critical system issues to minimize downtime and maintain operational continuity.

- Partner with senior leadership and business process owners to define project roadmaps, ensuring that system configurations support long-term strategic objectives.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrate deep functional expertise in SAP Project System, including WBS structures, networks, project planning, budgeting, and cost forecasting within an S/4 HANA environment.

- Exhibit a proven track record of leading full-cycle SAP implementations and global rollouts, managing the entire project lifecycle from blueprinting to post-go-live support.

- Possess strong analytical capabilities to diagnose complex integration challenges and design innovative, sustainable solutions that enhance system performance.

- Communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, translating technical complexities into actionable business insights while maintaining a collaborative, consultative approach.

- Thrive in a fully remote, results-oriented environment, demonstrating the self-discipline and organizational skills necessary to manage multiple workstreams independently.

- Hold a degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or Business Administration, complemented by a minimum of 10 - 12 years of hands-on experience in SAP PS consulting.
