Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and deploy end-to-end SAP PS solutions that align with client-specific project structures, budgeting, and settlement processes to ensure financial accuracy.

- Lead complex implementation and migration projects by coordinating with global teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions that meet stringent business timelines.

- Analyze existing business processes to identify bottlenecks and implement innovative SAP configurations that drive operational productivity and cost optimization.

- Mentor junior consultants and project teams by sharing technical expertise and best practices to foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

- Manage stakeholder expectations through clear communication of project milestones, risks, and technical roadmaps to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated mastery in SAP Project System configuration, including WBS structures, networks, project planning, budgeting, and progress tracking, backed by 12 to 13 years of relevant professional experience.

- Proven ability to lead large-scale SAP transformations, showcasing deep functional knowledge of integration points with SAP FICO, MM, and SD modules.

- Exceptional interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business insights for senior management.

- Strong analytical mindset to troubleshoot critical system issues and provide robust, long-term solutions in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.

- Educational background in Engineering, MBA, or a related field from a premier institute, reflecting a strong foundation in business processes and systems thinking.
