We are seeking an experienced SAP PS Consultant - L3 Support to serve as the primary escalation point for complex Project System issues in SAP.

The role includes end-to-end production support, advanced customization, integration management, functional specification ownership, and mentoring of L1/L2 teams.

The consultant will also collaborate with business stakeholders to evaluate and onboard vendors for project-related assignments. Exposure to SAP S/4HANA PS is a plus.

Key Responsibilities :

- Provide production support for SAP PS modules Project Definition, Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), Networks, Activities, Milestones, Project Planning, Budgeting, and Settlement

- Resolve complex PS issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement permanent solutions

- Lead SAP PS customization and enhancement projects to align with business requirements

- Manage integrations with SAP FICO, MM, SD, and other modules

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to evaluate and onboard vendors for project-related activities based on technical assessment and suitability

- Prepare, review, and approve Functional Specifications (FS) for reports, forms, enhancements, interfaces, and workflows

- Support project financials, cost allocations, billing, and settlement processes

- Serve as primary escalation point for L2/L1 teams; provide guidance and mentorship

- Coordinate with technical/ABAP teams for complex developments, transports, and bug fixes

- Lead UAT, regression testing, and post-go-live activities

- Maintain SOPs, KT documentation, and identify process improvements and automation opportunities

Skills & Qualifications :

- 9-12 years of hands-on experience in SAP PS, Strong experience in SAP PS customization, project planning, and budgeting

- Experience with integrations between PS and FICO, MM, SD

- Proficient in Functional Specification documentation

- Proven experience as escalation point and mentor for L1/L2 teams

- Understanding of project financials, cost settlement, and reporting processes

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills

- Bachelor's degree in finance, Engineering, Commerce, or IT

- Exposure to SAP S/4HANA PS is a plus
