Key Responsibilities :

SAP Project Systems (PS) :

- Configure and support SAP PS processes including : Project Definition, Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), Networks and Activities, Milestones, Cost Planning, Budgeting and Availability Control, Project Settlement.

- Monitor project costs, commitments, budgets, and actual expenditures.

- Support project lifecycle management from project creation through closure.

- Ensure integration of project processes with Finance, Procurement, and Asset Management.

- Assist in project reporting and management dashboards.

SAP Document Management System (DMS) :

- Manage SAP DMS configuration and support activities.

- Maintain : Document Types, Document Numbering, Classification Systems, Version Control, Status Management, Document Workflows.

- Support document storage and retrieval processes for : Engineering Drawings, BOQs, Contracts, Vendor Documents, Technical Specifications, Compliance Documents.

- Ensure proper document governance, audit readiness, and retention compliance.

- Support integration of DMS with Project Systems and Procurement processes.

Legal & Contract Management Support :

- Support contract and legal document management processes.

- Manage contract repository and document tracking mechanisms.

- Coordinate with legal, procurement, and project teams for : Contract Creation, Amendment Tracking, Contract Approval Workflows, Expiry and Renewal Monitoring.

- Ensure legal documentation compliance and audit readiness.

- Support governance and regulatory compliance initiatives.

Integration Responsibilities :

- Ensure seamless integration between : SAP PS, SAP DMS, SAP FICO, SAP MM, SAP PM, SAP SD.

- Collaborate with functional and technical teams to resolve integration issues.

- Support cross-functional business processes involving project execution and contract management.

Support & Enhancement Activities :

- Provide Level-2 and Level-3 application support.

- Analyze and resolve incidents, defects, and service requests.

- Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues.

- Gather business requirements and prepare Functional Specifications (FS).

- Coordinate with ABAP developers for custom enhancements and reports.

- Support testing activities : Unit Testing, SIT, UAT, Regression Testing.

- Participate in SAP upgrades and transformation initiatives.
