Job Overview :

We are seeking a dynamic and highly experienced SAP Project Manager to lead our end-to-end SAP implementation, rollout, and support projects. The ideal candidate will possess a strong delivery track record across cross-functional domains, with direct management exposure to at least 3 - 4 core SAP modules from FICO, MM, SD, ABAP, EWM, and SCM. You will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring complex integration projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.

Key Responsibilities :

- End-to-End Delivery: Lead the planning, execution, and closing of enterprise-scale SAP projects using SAP Activate, ASAP, or Agile methodologies.

- Cross-Module Coordination: Oversee and synchronize delivery across diverse workstreams, including Functional (FICO, MM, SD, SCM), Technical (ABAP development), and Advanced Logistics (EWM).

- Stakeholder Management: Manage relationships with C-level executives, business process owners, and third-party vendors, providing transparent progress reporting.

- Scope & Risk Management: Proactively identify project bottlenecks, integration risks, and resource constraints, implementing swift mitigation strategies.

- Resource & Budget Control: Estimate project costs, manage resource allocation (onshore/offshore teams), and track project financial health.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or an MBA/Chartered Accountant (CA) background.

- SAP Domain Expertise: Proven experience managing projects involving at least 3 to 4 of the following modules: SAP FICO, MM, SD, ABAP, EWM, and SCM.

- Integration Knowledge: Strong grasp of techno-functional touchpoints, especially how custom ABAP developments interface with core supply chain and financial modules.

- Methodologies: Hands-on experience with SAP Activate or Agile/Scrum delivery models.

- Certifications (Preferred): PMP, PRINCE2, or SAP Certified Project Manager credentials.

- Soft Skills: Exceptional leadership, stakeholder negotiation, and structured communication skills.

- Greenfield project experience is mandatory.
