Job Description :
Project Leadership :
- End-to-end responsibility for SAP implementation, rollouts, and transformation projects (e.g., ECC to S/4HANA).
Planning & Execution :
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables; create detailed project plans and schedules.
Team & Vendor Management :
- Lead internal teams and manage third-party vendors, partners, and stakeholders to ensure compliance and quality.
Risk Management :
- Identify potential project risks, such as budget constraints or scheduling delays, and develop mitigation plans.
Resource & Budget Oversight :
- Manage project budgets, allocate resources, and ensure financial compliance.
Governance & Documentation :
- Ensure adherence to company policies and industry standards, maintaining comprehensive documentation.
Requirements :
Experience :
- Minimum 6+ years of experience in SAP project management.
Technical Knowledge :
- Strong understanding of SAP systems, configuration, customization, and integration (specifically S/4HANA).
Skills :
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
Methodology :
- Proven experience in SAP Activate, ASAP, or Agile project management methodologies.
Common Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
- PMP (Project Management Professional) or SAP Certification is highly preferred
