We are looking for an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead end-to-end SAP implementation and transformation projects. The ideal candidate should have strong project management expertise, consulting experience, and a proven track record of delivering large-scale SAP programs across one or more SAP modules.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of SAP implementation, rollout, upgrade, and transformation projects.

- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and stakeholder expectations.

- Coordinate with business users, functional consultants, technical teams, and third-party vendors to ensure successful project delivery.

- Drive Agile project execution while ensuring adherence to project governance and quality standards.

- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

- Facilitate project status reviews, steering committee meetings, and executive presentations.

- Ensure successful deployment, user adoption, and transition to production support.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve project issues and optimize delivery outcomes.

- Maintain project documentation, reporting, and compliance with organizational standards.

Required Skills :

- 6 to 10 years of overall experience with at least 4 years in SAP Project Management.

- Experience leading a minimum of two end-to-end SAP implementation projects.

- Strong project management experience across one or more SAP modules such as S/4HANA, ABAP, HANA, BI/BW, MDM, CRM, SCM, EWM, WM, PLM, SRM, FSCM, EHS, or SEM.

- Prior consulting experience with large-scale enterprise SAP implementations.

- Strong knowledge of Agile and traditional project management methodologies.

- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.

- PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or equivalent Project Management certification is mandatory.

- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Education (Mandatory) :

- Full-time B.E./B.Tech, MCA, M.Tech, MBA, MS, or M.Sc in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
