Core Responsibilities :

- Technical Leadership : Lead and mentor a team of ABAP developers, conducting code reviews and enforcing best practices in development, documentation, and testing.

- Development & Design : Create complex ABAP programs, interface development (ALE/IDoc, OData), and optimize performance, particularly within SAP S/4HANA environments.

- Stakeholder Collaboration : Work with functional consultants to translate business needs into technical specifications (RICEF objects).

- Project Governance : Ensure adherence to quality standards (security, documentation) and project KPIs, acting as Scrum Master or handling Agile/SAFe methodology tasks.

- Troubleshooting : Perform root cause analysis on critical system issues and provide sustainable technical solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- Experience : Generally 9- 11+ years of SAP ABAP development experience, with prior team leading experience.

- Technical Expertise : Strong proficiency in Object-Oriented ABAP (OOABAP), RICEF, and SAP ABAP on HANA.

- Modern Technologies : Experience with SAP S/4HANA (CDS Views, AMDP, BOPF), SAPUI5/Fiori, and RAP/BTP frameworks.

- Soft Skills : Strong communication skills for client-facing roles, team management, and problem-solving.
