About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced SAP Product Manager to lead product initiatives, collaborate with engineering teams, and manage key business stakeholders. The ideal candidate should have strong product management experience, SAP exposure, and the ability to independently drive requirements gathering, stakeholder communication, and project execution.

Role & Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to define product requirements.

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.

- Create user stories, acceptance criteria, and product documentation.

- Ensure requirement clarity and successful execution by engineering teams.

- Manage stakeholder communication and expectation setting.

- Conduct product demonstrations and stakeholder reviews.

- Coordinate with US-based teams and manage cross-functional communication.

- Drive product roadmap discussions and prioritize requirements.

- Track project progress, risks, and dependencies through Jira.

- Support ongoing project delivery and resource transition activities.

Preferred Candidate Profile :

- 710 years of experience in Product Management or Product Owner roles.

- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

- Hands-on experience with Jira.

- Exposure to SAP is mandatory.

- Experience with Procure-to-Revenue, Record-to-Revenue, or Order-to-Cash processes.

- Exposure to SAP Finance modules (FICO preferred).

- Candidates with experience in other SAP modules and willingness to learn FICO are also suitable.

- Understanding of finance concepts such as GL, Sub-Ledger, and Group Reporting.

- Experience working with global teams and senior stakeholders.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
