We are looking for a hands-on SAP Practice Lead to take end-to-end ownership of SAP applications and support across multiple group companies.

This role is ideal for a senior SAP professional who combines strong technical and functional troubleshooting skills with application support leadership, stakeholder management, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities :

- Own end-to-end SAP application support, incident management, enhancements, releases, and integrations.

- Provide hands-on L3 support and resolve complex functional, technical, integration, and performance issues.

- Perform root-cause analysis and deliver practical, sustainable solutions to business users.

- Lead SAP configuration reviews, fixes, testing, rollouts, and go-live support.

- Coordinate internal teams, consultants, and external implementation partners.

- Drive SAP governance, system stability, service levels, documentation, and continuous improvement.

Must-Have Skills :

- 8 - 12 years of SAP experience with strong hands-on expertise in SAP S/4HANA and/or ECC.

- Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis capabilities.

- Broad cross-functional SAP knowledge with deep expertise in one or more functional or technical areas.

- Experience in SAP application support, incident resolution, enhancements, and integrations.

- Strong business-process understanding and stakeholder management skills.

- Experience handling senior-level support and coordinating delivery teams.

Good to Have :

- SAP SD, MM, FI/CO, PP, QM, EWM, PM/EAM, or Fiori.

- Manufacturing or industrial SAP experience.

- SAP - PLM / Teamcenter integration.

- SAP BTP, CPI / Integration Suite, or Azure/cloud integration.

- S/4HANA transformation, global rollouts, and SAP practice leadership.
