Role Summary :

We are partnering with a rapidly growing global technology consulting organization that is strengthening its SAP transformation and enterprise applications practice across strategic global customers.

As part of this growth journey, we are looking for an experienced SAP Practice Head who can combine deep SAP delivery expertise with strategic business growth capabilities. This leadership role will be responsible for driving SAP practice expansion, leading enterprise transformation programs, strengthening customer relationships, building consulting capabilities, and contributing to presales and market-facing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead large-scale SAP transformation, implementation, and AMS engagements across global customers

- Drive SAP practice growth through strategic initiatives, account mining, and customer expansion

- Lead SAP presales, solutioning, RFP/RFI responses, estimation, and transformation roadmap discussions

- Build and scale high-performing SAP consulting and delivery teams

- Engage with CXO stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor for enterprise transformation initiatives

- Drive enterprise SAP transformation strategy and high-level solution planning

- Define capability growth roadmap, market-aligned SAP offerings, and practice expansion initiatives

- Build reusable accelerators, frameworks, and differentiated SAP solutions aligned to market trends

- Collaborate with sales, delivery, and alliance teams to strengthen SAP business growth

- Provide visionary leadership aligned to SAP S/4HANA, cloud transformation, RISE with SAP, and emerging enterprise technology trends

Ideal Profile :

- 18+ years of SAP consulting, transformation, and leadership experience

- Hands-on experience leading multiple end-to-end SAP implementation and transformation programs

- Strong experience in SAP delivery, practice management, presales, solutioning, and business growth initiatives

- Broad understanding of SAP enterprise processes across Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, and Sales domains

- Proven ability to balance SAP delivery excellence with strategic business development and customer engagement

- Experience managing large global SAP programs and distributed consulting teams

- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills

- Exposure to SAP ecosystem partnerships, alliances, OEM relationships, and strategic customer engagements is an advantage

- Experience in global SAP consulting/services organizations preferred
