Role & Responsibilities :

- Own and lead the SAP practice strategy, growth roadmap, and execution plan aligned with business objectives.

- Build, manage, and scale the SAP consulting practice across SAP implementations, rollouts, upgrades, and support engagements.

- Define SAP capability development plans, including hiring, mentoring, training, and competency building of SAP consultants.

- Lead SAP delivery governance, ensuring successful project execution, quality standards, timelines, and customer satisfaction.

- Manage large SAP programs involving S/4HANA implementations, migrations, digital transformation, and enterprise applications.

- Drive SAP pre-sales activities including solutioning, proposal development, effort estimation, RFP responses, and client presentations.

- Develop strong relationships with CXO-level stakeholders and key enterprise customers.

- Own practice revenue, profitability, utilization, forecasting, and operational KPIs.

- Collaborate with sales teams to identify opportunities, create account strategies, and support business growth.

- Establish SAP delivery frameworks, methodologies, accelerators, and best practices.

- Track SAP market trends, emerging technologies, and industry solutions to enhance service offerings.

- Partner with SAP ecosystem stakeholders, technology partners, and internal business units.

- Ensure compliance with delivery standards, security requirements, and organizational processes.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related discipline.

- 5-10 years of experience in SAP consulting, delivery management, or practice leadership roles.

- Strong experience in SAP implementations, transformation programs, and enterprise application landscapes.

- Hands-on understanding of SAP S/4HANA and relevant SAP modules such as:

1. SAP FI/CO

2. SAP SD/MM

3. SAP PP/QM

4. SAP EWM/TM

- Proven experience managing SAP teams, consultants, and delivery operations.

- Experience handling enterprise clients and senior stakeholder communication.

- Strong understanding of SAP project lifecycle, delivery methodologies, and governance models.

- Demonstrated experience in SAP pre-sales, solution architecture, and proposal management.

- Ability to manage budgets, revenue targets, margins, and business growth initiatives.

- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

- Experience working with global delivery models and international clients is preferred.

- SAP certifications (S/4HANA, specific modules, or architecture certifications) are an advantage.
