Role Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned SAP PP Subject Matter Expert to lead complex manufacturing transformations for our global clientele. In this strategic role, you will act as the primary architect for production planning and execution processes, bridging the gap between intricate business requirements and robust SAP solutions. You will collaborate closely with senior stakeholders, functional leads, and technical teams to design, implement, and optimize end-to-end manufacturing workflows. Your expertise will directly influence operational efficiency, supply chain agility, and digital maturity for our clients, ensuring that our SAP implementations drive measurable business value and sustainable growth across diverse industrial landscapes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Architect and deploy comprehensive SAP PP solutions, including complex Variant Configuration (LO-VC) models, to streamline manufacturing processes and enhance product customization capabilities for large-scale enterprises.

- Lead end-to-end implementation lifecycles, from blueprinting and gap analysis to configuration, testing, and hyper-care support, ensuring seamless integration with cross-functional modules like MM, SD, and QM.

- Provide expert-level advisory services to client leadership, translating complex business challenges into scalable SAP roadmaps that improve production throughput and resource utilization.

- Mentor junior consultants and cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of technical excellence and best-practice adherence across all project deliverables.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process bottlenecks and leveraging advanced SAP functionalities to optimize shop floor control and capacity planning.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated mastery in SAP PP and Variant Configuration (LO-VC), with a proven track record of managing large-scale, multi-site implementations for global organizations.

- Exceptional ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, facilitating high-level decision-making and project alignment.

- Strong analytical mindset with the capacity to navigate ambiguous requirements and deliver structured, high-impact solutions in fast-paced environments.

- Proven leadership experience in managing distributed teams, with the flexibility to thrive in a remote or hybrid work setup while maintaining high standards of accountability.

- A background in engineering or business management from a premier institute is preferred, complemented by a deep understanding of manufacturing industry standards and digital transformation trends.

- Possess 12 to 22 years of professional experience in SAP consulting, with a focus on high-complexity manufacturing environments.
