SAP PP/QM with S/4HANA Consultant

Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced SAP PP/QM with S/4HANA Consultant to join our growing SAP practice. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in SAP Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM), along with hands-on experience in S/4HANA implementation and support projects.

The candidate should have deep understanding of manufacturing processes, SAP configuration, integration with cross-functional modules, and exposure to enterprise-level SAP transformation programs.

Key Responsibilities :

- Work on SAP PP/QM implementations, rollouts, and support engagements.

- Configure and support SAP PP processes including :

1. MRP

2. Planned Orders

3. Production Orders

4. Batch Management

5. S&OP

6. SPRO Configuration

- Handle SAP QM processes and integration with other SAP modules.

- Participate in requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment activities.

- Collaborate with business users and cross-functional teams to optimize manufacturing processes.

- Support defect analysis, issue resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives.

- Perform basic ABAP debugging and coordinate with technical teams when required.

- Work on SAP S/4HANA transformation and migration projects.

- Prepare functional specifications and documentation.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 8+ years of SAP PP/QM experience.

- Strong expertise in SAP Production Planning and Quality Management modules.

- Minimum 1 full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementation project experience.

- Hands-on experience in :

1. MRP

2. Production Planning

3. Production Orders

4. Batch Management

5. QM Processes

6. SAP Configuration (SPRO)

- Experience in Discrete Manufacturing environments.

- Knowledge of integration with :

1. WM/eWM

2. FICO

3. Other SAP modules

- Basic ABAP debugging knowledge.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience in global SAP rollout/support projects.

- Exposure to SAP Manufacturing best practices.

- Ability to work in fast-paced enterprise environments.

- S/4HANA certification is a plus.
