Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced SAP PP/QM Consultant with strong expertise in Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM) processes. The consultant will be responsible for configuration, support, testing, troubleshooting, and integration of SAP PP/QM solutions to enable efficient manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Gather and analyze business requirements related to SAP PP and QM processes.

- Configure and support SAP PP processes, including :

1. Master Data

2. Demand Management

3. Material Requirements Planning (MRP)

4. Production Orders

- Configure and support SAP QM processes, including Quality Notifications.

- Work with Change Master, Batch Management, Serial Numbers, and FFF Class processes.

- Prepare functional designs, specifications, test scripts, and user documentation.

- Perform testing, troubleshooting, and defect resolution.

- Provide end-user support and conduct user training as required.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for integration with SD, MM, FI, and other SAP modules.

- Support ongoing SAP PP/QM enhancements and process improvements.

- Ensure timely resolution of functional issues and effective delivery of assigned activities.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 5-7 years of experience in SAP PP/QM.

- Strong hands-on experience in SAP PP and QM configuration.

- Good understanding of :

1. MRP

2. Production Orders

3. Demand Management

4. Master Data

5. Quality Notifications

- Experience with Batch Management, Serial Numbers, Change Master, and Classification processes.

- Strong experience in requirements gathering, configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and user support.

- Good understanding of integration with other SAP modules.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience in the Manufacturing industry.

- Strong cross-module integration knowledge, particularly with SAP SD, MM, and FI.
