Role Overview :

We are seeking a seasoned SAP PP/QM Consultant to join our dynamic team in Udaipur. In this role, you will serve as the primary bridge between complex business requirements and robust SAP solutions, ensuring seamless integration across the production and quality lifecycles.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional business stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams to translate operational challenges into scalable S/4 HANA configurations. By optimizing production workflows and quality control processes, you will directly influence manufacturing efficiency, reduce lead times, and ensure the highest standards of product compliance for our global client base.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement end-to-end SAP Production Planning and Quality Management solutions to streamline manufacturing operations and ensure rigorous quality compliance.

- Lead the configuration of BOM structures, routing, and work centers to align system capabilities with evolving production demands.

- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of RICEF objects, ensuring that custom developments are technically sound and meet specific business process requirements.

- Optimize SAP MRP parameters to improve inventory accuracy and production scheduling, directly impacting supply chain responsiveness.

- Facilitate workshops with business process owners to gather requirements, perform gap analysis, and deliver documentation that drives successful project sign-offs.

- Provide expert-level post-implementation support and troubleshooting to minimize downtime and enhance system performance for end-users.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in configuring SAP PP and QM modules within an S/4 HANA environment, with a deep understanding of integration points with MM, SD, and FICO.

- Proven ability to manage complex RICEF developments, ensuring that technical specifications are translated into high-performing system enhancements.

- Strong analytical mindset with the capability to troubleshoot intricate MRP issues and optimize production planning strategies for large-scale manufacturing environments.

- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical business leaders.

- A minimum of 5 - 10 years of hands-on experience in full-cycle SAP implementations, showcasing a track record of delivering projects on time and within scope.

- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, complemented by a professional, collaborative approach to working in an on-site environment in Udaipur.
