Role Overview :

As an SAP PP/QM Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM) modules for our clients. You will work closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful deployment of SAP functionalities.

This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, including other SAP consultants, developers, and project managers, to deliver high-quality solutions that meet client needs and improve their manufacturing processes and product quality.

Key Responsibilities :

- Gather and analyze business requirements related to production planning and quality management processes for clients.

- Design and configure SAP PP and QM modules to meet specific business needs, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.

- Develop and execute test plans to ensure the functionality and accuracy of SAP PP and QM configurations.

- Provide training and support to end-users on SAP PP and QM functionalities, enabling them to effectively utilize the system.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP PP and QM modules, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

- Collaborate with other SAP consultants and developers to integrate SAP PP and QM with other SAP modules and external systems.

- Develop and maintain documentation related to SAP PP and QM configurations and processes, ensuring knowledge transfer and maintainability.

- Participate in project planning and execution, ensuring timely delivery of SAP PP and QM solutions within budget.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated ability to configure and implement SAP PP and QM modules, including master data setup, production order management, quality inspection planning, and quality notifications.

- Proven ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions, enhancing operational efficiency and product quality.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and internal teams, ensuring clear understanding and alignment.

- Excellent problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues related to SAP PP and QM modules, minimizing business disruptions.

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced consulting environment.
