Location : Bangalore Onsite

Job responsibilities :

- Collaborate on SAP PP/QM processes in alignment with the CPG Digital Core Project.

- Troubleshoot customer-reported issues and provide timely day-to-day production support.

- Gather and analyze business requirements; translate them into functional and technical solutions.

- Demonstrate deep expertise in PP and QM with strong integration skills across FICO, MM, EWM and PPDS, including proficiency in S/4HANA.

- Create and maintain functional specifications, configuration documents, test plans, and related documentation.

- Develop and execute test plans, including unit and integration testing, and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT).

- Work closely with business SMEs to deliver and support effective solutions.

- Analyze problems, propose solution alternatives, and provide SAP thought leadership and subject matter expertise.

- Perform root cause and impact analysis, prepare documentation, and deliver training as needed.

- Collaborate effectively with an extended team of functional and technical resources.

- Gain hands-on experience with SAP upgrade projects while implementing innovative enhancements.

What You Will Need To Bring With You :(Experience & Education required)

- Bachelors degree in relevant technology or engineering discipline

- 5- 9 years of hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA PP/QM (Production Planning / Quality Management).

- Strong knowledge of Discrete and Process Manufacturing processes.

- Practical experience with S/4HANA, Fiori apps, and SAP Activate methodology.

- Solid integration knowledge with ECC and S/4HANA components, including logistics and production.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to convey ideas in both technical and user-friendly language.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with critical thinking and innovative approach.

- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

What Will Put You Ahead :

- Configure and customize SAP PP & QM modules to meet business requirements.

- Set up master data : Materials, BOM, Routing, Work Centers, Variant Configuration.

- Implement MRP, demand planning, capacity planning, and production order management.

- Configure QM processes : Inspection Plans, Quality Info Records, Usage Decisions, Notifications.

- Ensure integration with MM, SD, FI/CO, PM modules and support MES integration.

- Lead full-cycle SAP PP/QM implementations (preferably S/4HANA).

- Prepare functional specifications for WRICEF objects and validate technical designs.

- Conduct workshops, gap analysis, and fit-to-standard sessions.

- Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvements.

- Train end-users and mentor junior consultants.
