Role Overview :

We are seeking a highly experienced SAP PPQM Consultant to join our dynamic team in Mumbai. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, configuring, and implementing SAP PP and QM modules, ensuring seamless integration between the two. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, process owners, and other IT teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions. Your expertise will be crucial in optimizing production processes, enhancing quality control, and driving overall operational efficiency, ultimately contributing to improved product quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP PP and QM modules to meet specific business requirements.

- Conduct thorough business process analysis and gap analysis to identify areas for improvement and optimization within the production and quality management processes.

- Develop and maintain detailed functional specifications, configuration documents, and user manuals to ensure clear understanding and effective utilization of the SAP system.

- Configure and customize SAP PP and QM modules, including master data setup, production planning strategies, quality inspection plans, and quality notifications, to align with business processes.

- Integrate SAP PP and QM modules with other SAP modules, such as MM, SD, and FI, to ensure seamless data flow and process integration across the organization.

- Provide expert-level support and troubleshooting for SAP PP and QM related issues to minimize disruptions and ensure smooth business operations.

- Conduct user training and workshops to enhance user knowledge and adoption of the SAP system.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP PP and QM functionalities and best practices to continuously improve the system and processes.

- Manage and execute data migration activities related to SAP PP and QM to ensure data accuracy and integrity.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and alignment with overall business objectives.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in SAP PP and QM modules, with a strong understanding of production planning, execution, and quality management processes.

- Proven ability to design, configure, and implement SAP PP and QM solutions to meet complex business requirements.

- Excellent knowledge of SAP PP-QM integration points and the ability to configure and troubleshoot integration issues.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues in a timely and effective manner.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and end-users.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

- Must have 7-12 years of experience in SAP PP and QM implementation projects.
