Job Overview :

We are hiring an experienced SAP Production Planning and Quality Management Consultant with strong expertise in plan to produce business processes. The role involves end to end implementation, production support, enhancements and continuous improvement projects across SAP PP and QM modules in a global environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and support SAP PP and QM implementations from requirement gathering to go live and post production support

- Analyze business processes related to production planning and quality management and translate them into SAP solutions

- Work on configuration and customization of SAP PP and QM modules

- Handle cross module integration with FI CO SD MM WM and other related modules

- Support production issues, enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives

- Participate in testing cycles including unit testing integration testing and user acceptance testing

- Work in global template environments and support rollout activities

- Collaborate with technical and functional teams for interfaces including IDOC and EDI

- Prepare functional specifications documentation test scripts and user guides

- Support stakeholders across different time zones and projects

Required Skills and Experience :

- Graduate or postgraduate with minimum 6 years of experience in SAP PP and QM

- Strong domain expertise in plan to produce business processes

- Experience in minimum two full lifecycle end to end SAP implementation projects

- Good understanding of cross module integration with FI CO SD MM WM

- Exposure to third party interfaces and IDOC or EDI

- Experience in production support enhancement and continuous improvement projects

- Experience in at least one project in process industry is preferred

- Knowledge of advanced planning solutions such as SAP IBP or SAP PP DS is an added advantage

- Exposure to global template environments is a plus

- Experience in developing Fiori or UI5 based solutions is an added advantage

- SAP ECC or S 4 HANA PP certification preferred

- Good understanding of ITIL framework and incident management tools

- Excellent analytical problem solving and communication skills

- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight schedules

- Willingness to work in different time zones and travel as per business needs

- Strong working knowledge of MS Word Excel PowerPoint and Visio
