Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced SAP PP-EWM / EWM-QM Integration Architect with strong expertise across SAP PP, SAP QM, and SAP EWM.

The ideal candidate should have extensive experience designing end-to-end processes for Quality Management in Discrete Manufacturing, along with strong integration expertise between PP, EWM, and QM.

The candidate will work as a Subject Matter Expert / Architect, independently leading solution design, customer discussions, integration scenarios, and coordination with offshore teams.

Key Responsibilities :

- Act as a Subject Matter Expert / Architect across SAP PP, SAP QM, and SAP EWM.

- Design and lead end-to-end PP-EWM and EWM-QM integration processes.

- Design end-to-end Quality Management processes for Discrete Manufacturing.

- Design inbound and outbound processes to transfer information such as :

1. Planned Orders

2. Production Orders

3. Confirmations

4. Inspection Lots

5. Quality Results

6. Master Data

- Design and support Quality Inspection processes, including :

1. Incoming Inspection

2. In-Process Inspection

3. Stock Transfer Inspection

4. Finished Goods Inspection

- Work on Quality Planning, Quality Certificates, Quality Orders, Quality Notifications, and NC Cost capture.

- Lead EWM-QM integration and work with QIE (Quality Inspection Engine) setup.

- Work with EWM inspection types including :

1. 1701 EWM : Goods Receipt Inspection for Purchase Order

2. 1704 EWM : Goods Receipt Inspection from Production

- Design and support PP, EWM, and QM processes across CTO, MTO, and MTS business scenarios.

- Work with integration technologies including ALE, IDoc, and PDR (Product Data Replication).

- Design and support integration of warehouse automation systems with MFS (Material Flow System).

- Work on integration with :

1. Warehouse Conveyor Systems

2. AGV Systems

3. Automated Cranes for Putaway

4. Automated Guided Vehicles

5. Kardex Systems

- Lead customer discussions, understand business requirements, and translate them into effective solution designs.

- Cascade requirements and solution designs effectively to offshore teams and ensure timely execution.

- Provide technical and functional guidance throughout implementation and integration activities.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 12-25 years of SAP experience with strong expertise in SAP PP, SAP EWM, and SAP QM.

- Minimum 3 full lifecycle implementation experience.

- Strong experience as a PP-EWM / EWM-QM Integration Architect or SME.

- Hands-on experience designing end-to-end Quality Management processes in Discrete Manufacturing.

- Strong knowledge of PP, EWM, and QM integration processes.

- Strong hands-on experience with EWM-QM integration and QIE setup.

- Strong knowledge of EWM inspection types 1701 and 1704.

- Experience with ALE, IDoc, and PDR integration technologies.

- Strong knowledge of CTO, MTO, and MTS business processes.

- Hands-on experience with warehouse automation and MFS integrations.

Good-to-Have Skills :

- German language proficiency.

- Manufacturing / Engineering industry domain experience.

- Experience working with complex warehouse automation environments.
