Role Overview :

As a Mid-Level SAP PP Consultant, you will serve as a key technical bridge between our clients' manufacturing objectives and their SAP system landscape. You will be responsible for designing, configuring, and optimizing production planning processes within SAP ECC and S/4 HANA environments. Working closely with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders, you will translate complex operational requirements into efficient system solutions, ensuring that production cycles are seamless, cost-effective, and aligned with broader supply chain goals.

Key Responsibilities :

- Configure and customize SAP PP modules to align with client-specific manufacturing processes, ensuring high system performance and data integrity.

- Lead the migration and implementation of SAP S/4 HANA production planning features to modernize client operations and improve real-time decision-making capabilities.

- Collaborate with the SAP QM, MM, and PM teams to ensure end-to-end integration across the supply chain, reducing operational bottlenecks.

- Conduct thorough gap analysis and business process mapping to identify opportunities for system optimization and process automation.

- Provide expert-level functional support and troubleshooting for production-related issues, minimizing downtime and maintaining high service levels for end-users.

- Develop comprehensive functional specifications and documentation to guide technical teams and ensure clear communication of project requirements.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in SAP PP configuration, including master data management, MRP, capacity planning, and shop floor control.

- Proven ability to manage integration touchpoints between SAP PP and related modules such as SAP QM, SAP MM, and SAP PM.

- Strong technical proficiency in both SAP ECC and SAP S/4 HANA environments, with a focus on leveraging new-age functionalities.

- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable system designs.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, enabling effective collaboration with both technical teams and business leadership.

- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment in Bangalore, managing multiple project priorities with minimal supervision.

- A Bachelors degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, complemented by 4 - 8 years of relevant professional experience in SAP consulting.
