Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced SAP PP Consultant with 10+ years of strong functional experience in SAP Production Planning (PP). The candidate will be responsible for supporting and delivering SAP PP implementation, enhancement, integration, and production support activities.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of manufacturing and production planning processes, hands-on experience in SAP PP configuration, and the ability to work closely with business stakeholders and cross-functional SAP teams.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and participate in end-to-end SAP PP implementation and enhancement projects.

- Understand business requirements related to production planning and manufacturing processes.

- Conduct requirement gathering and prepare business requirement specifications and functional specifications.

- Design SAP PP solutions aligned with business requirements and SAP best practices.

- Configure SAP PP modules and related functionalities.

- Configure and support MRP, BOM, Routing, Work Centers, Production Versions and Production Orders.

- Handle capacity planning and production scheduling processes.

- Configure and support production planning scenarios based on business requirements.

- Analyze business processes and recommend appropriate SAP solutions.

- Work closely with business users, functional teams and technical teams throughout the implementation lifecycle.

- Support unit testing, integration testing, SIT and UAT.

- Prepare test scenarios, test cases and functional documentation.

- Provide support during cutover, Go-Live and hypercare activities.

- Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.

- Support enhancements, change requests and continuous process improvements.

- Coordinate with cross-functional SAP teams for integration-related requirements.

- Participate in workshops, requirement discussions and solution walkthroughs.

- Provide functional guidance and knowledge transfer to junior team members.

- Maintain proper documentation for configurations, processes and solutions.
