Job Description :

- Minimum 10 - 12 Years of IT industry experience.

- Minimum 10 - 12 years of SAP PP experience.

- Relevant SAP Certification would be an added advantage.

- At least 2 Full Life Cycle Implementations/ Roll-Outs experience.

- Project oriented with experience in project methodology.

- Must have worked on SAP PP Business processes (Discrete Manufacturing / Repetitive Manufacturing).

- Well versed with Demand Planning/Production Order/Confirmation/Backflushing/ REM Confirmation / Product Cost collector / Material Subcontracting / Operation subcontracting processes including Configuration.

- Worked on LSMW/BDC data upload tool.

- Would be added advantage to working on Overseas Client especially Europe, US region.

- Must have worked on IDOC/EDI Process.

- Must have worked on Interfaces with different systems/applications whereby the data being getting exchange from SAP to Third Party sys & Vice a Versa.

- Exposure to Ticketing Tool like Service Now is an added advantage.

- Basic ABAP Debugging Skills would be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and configure end-to-end SAP PP solutions to streamline manufacturing processes, ensuring alignment with client-specific production strategies and business objectives.

- Lead large-scale SAP ECC to S/4 HANA migration projects, managing data migration, system testing, and cutover activities to minimize operational downtime.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including MM, QM, and FICO consultants, to ensure seamless integration and data integrity across the entire SAP landscape.

- Diagnose and resolve complex production planning issues, providing expert-level troubleshooting to maintain system stability and performance for end-users.

- Mentor junior consultants and provide technical guidance during project lifecycles, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and technical excellence within the team.

- Partner with business process owners to identify opportunities for process automation and efficiency improvements, leveraging the latest features of S/4 HANA.
