Job Title : SAP PM (Plant Maintenance) Consultant

Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced SAP PM (Plant Maintenance) Consultant with a minimum of 4 years of implementation experience to support end-to-end SAP PM projects. The ideal candidate should possess strong functional expertise in SAP Plant Maintenance, including implementation, configuration, and support, while working closely with business stakeholders to optimize maintenance processes and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities :

- Implement, configure, and support SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) solutions across multiple projects.

- Gather business requirements and translate them into effective SAP PM configurations.

- Manage preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance processes within SAP PM.

- Configure maintenance master data, equipment, functional locations, task lists, work centers, and maintenance plans.

- Support end-to-end implementation activities, including blueprinting, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.

- Collaborate with cross-functional SAP teams, including MM, PP, QM, and EAM, to deliver integrated solutions.

- Conduct system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and end-user training.

- Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely functional support.

- Prepare functional specifications, process documentation, and user manuals.

- Ensure project deliverables are completed within defined timelines and quality standards.

Required Skills :

- Hands-on experience in SAP PM implementation and support.

- Strong knowledge of SAP Plant Maintenance processes and best practices.

- Experience in end-to-end SAP implementation projects.

- Expertise in configuring equipment, functional locations, maintenance notifications, work orders, maintenance plans, and task lists.

- Knowledge of integration with SAP MM, PP, QM, and other SAP modules.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

- Ability to work effectively across multiple locations and project teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- SAP PM certification is preferred.

- Experience with SAP S/4HANA Plant Maintenance is an added advantage.

- Familiarity with Agile project methodologies is desirable.
