We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) Consultant to join our dynamic team in Mumbai/Navi Mumbai. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP PM solutions for our clients. You will work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and other consultants to ensure successful project delivery and optimal system performance. Your expertise will directly impact our clients' ability to efficiently manage their assets, reduce downtime, and improve overall operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities :

- Gather and analyze business requirements related to plant maintenance processes for various clients.

- Design and configure SAP PM modules to meet specific business needs, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.

- Develop and execute test plans to validate SAP PM configurations and ensure system functionality meets requirements.

- Provide end-user training and support to ensure effective utilization of SAP PM solutions, maximizing user adoption and satisfaction.

- Troubleshoot and resolve SAP PM related issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations and maintaining system stability.

- Collaborate with other SAP functional and technical teams to integrate SAP PM with other modules, ensuring seamless data flow and process integration.

- Prepare detailed documentation, including functional specifications, configuration guides, and training materials, to facilitate knowledge transfer and system maintenance.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated ability to configure and implement SAP PM modules, including preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, and refurbishment processes.

- Proven ability to gather and analyze business requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and develop effective SAP PM solutions.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with business users, IT teams, and other stakeholders.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex SAP PM related issues.

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- Minimum 4-10 years of experience in SAP PM implementation and support projects.
