Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced PLM Functional Architect with 10+ years of expertise in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) implementations.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading functional design, solution architecture, business process mapping, and end-to-end PLM implementations across enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end PLM implementation and transformation programs.

- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.

- Define functional architecture and solution design aligned with business objectives.

- Drive business process mapping, gap analysis, and solution blueprinting.

- Provide expertise in product data management (PDM), BOM management, change management, document management, and workflow automation.

- Collaborate with technical teams for system configurations and integrations.

- Integrate PLM systems with ERP, CAD, MES, and other enterprise systems.

- Conduct workshops, prepare functional specifications, and oversee UAT.

- Provide leadership and mentoring to functional consultants.
