We are seeking an experienced SAP PLM Consultant with strong expertise in SAP Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) to join our SAP consulting team.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SAP Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), EHS processes, and process industry implementations.

The consultant will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting SAP PLM and EHS solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and compliant business solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design, configuration, implementation, and support of SAP PLM and SAP EHS solutions.

- Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP functional solutions.

- Configure and support Product Development Lifecycle, Recipe Management, Product Compliance, Material Specifications, and Regulatory Compliance processes.

- Implement and maintain Safety Data Sheet (SDS) Management solutions.

- Work closely with business stakeholders to optimize PLM and EHS processes for process industry clients.

- Integrate SAP PLM with SAP S/4HANA and other SAP modules.

- Participate in global SAP implementation, rollout, and support projects.

- Prepare functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams for enhancements, interfaces, workflows, reports, and testing.

- Support user acceptance testing (UAT), end-user training, and post-go-live support.

- Ensure adherence to SAP best practices and SAP Activate implementation methodology.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 10+ years of overall SAP consulting experience.

- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP PLM.

- Strong functional expertise in SAP Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS).

- Experience working with Process Industry business processes.

- Strong knowledge of :

1. Product Development Lifecycle

- Experience in global SAP implementation and rollout projects.

- Strong stakeholder management and business communication skills.
