Job Title : SAP S/4HANA PEO Solution Architect

Responsibilities :

- Responsible for the successful implementation, deployment and supporting S/4HANA Production Engineering and Operations (PEO) and Project-related Solutions.

- Provide subject matter expertise on S/4HANA capabilities including PEO, Project Systems (PS), Project Planning, Project Execution, and Work Breakdown Structures (WBS).

- Define PEO and Project Systems global vision, scope, and target architecture across MFG plants.

- Translate business needs into SAFe epics/features/stories for PI planning.

- Lead fit-to-standard/gap workshops for engineer-to-order, project execution, and shop floor processes.

- Design PEO core model: BOM/routing variants, shop floor execution, visual work instructions, and as-built records.

- Architect Project Systems: WBS structure, project planning, budgeting, network activities, and milestone billing.

- Architect integration with PP, PPDS, MM, SD (P&S), QM, and HR/CATS for time confirmation.

- Establish master data standards for projects, networks, activities, and resource-related billing.

- Drive configuration and build alignment ensuring reuse of global template across PIs.

- Define performance, scalability, and reporting approach for project profitability and shop floor KPIs.

- Lead test strategy: PI-level validation plus SIT/UAT scenarios for rollout sites.

- Plan and govern rollout cutover, open projects, WIP, and hypercare stabilization.

- Drive continuous improvement backlog using KPIs (project margin, on-time milestone, shop floor adherence).

Requirements:

- 10 to 15+ years of business consulting experience implementing SAP solutions with a bachelor's degree in business, sciences or engineering.

- Subject Matter Expertise in S/4HANA solutions including: PEO, Project Systems, Project Planning, Project Execution, WBS.

- Strong understanding of Business Processes, Solution Manager, and Leading practices.

- Ability to facilitate design sessions with small to large groups through challenging discussions.

- Serve as the solution lead on strategic initiatives; prepare plans, staffing models, cost estimates, and project deliverables.

- Ability to work through and solve complex problems and deal with ambiguity.

- Relationship Management: Partner and collaborate with project teams and client users.

- Analyze current customer investments on S/4HANA solutions and platforms and provide futuristic roadmap.

Project-Specific Requirements:

- Conduct global and site-level workshops to elicit requirements, validate design, and drive alignment.

- Travel to manufacturing sites and business locations to understand site-specific constraints, validate design assumptions, and support deployments.

- Collaborate closely with BPOs/FILs and super user groups to align global template with business needs.

- Train and actively engage BPOs/FILs and super users on tools and standard ways of working.

- Orchestrate SIT/UAT sessions, manage user coordination, and assess/mitigate business change and adoption impacts.
