Job Description :

Key Responsibilities :

- System Configuration & Maintenance : Configure, upgrade, patch, and manage OpenText Content Server (OTCS) and OpenText Directory Services (OTDS).

- Custom Development : Design and customize complex workflows, forms, and system solutions.

- API Integration : Integrate OpenText applications with external enterprise systems using REST and SOAP APIs.

- Troubleshooting : Handle software infrastructure incident management and resolve complex technical support issues.

Core Requirements & Skills :

- Experience : Generally 3 to 5+ years of hands-on experience in OpenText administration or development.

- Technical Stack : Strong proficiency in Java, XML, SQL databases, and web services (REST/SOAP).

- Platform Knowledge : Familiarity with OpenText products including Content Server, Archive Server, and xECM.

- Soft Skills : Strong analytical, problem-solving, and English communication skills.
