Sap MM Support Engineer

Work Location : Tronica City (Ghaziabad).

Job Description :

To provide day-to-day SAP MM operational support, data entry, and first-level issue resolution for procurement, inventory, and vendor management processes. The role acts as a Super User, bridging business users and the SAP functional/technical team.

Key Responsibilities / Expertise :

- Create and maintain (SAP MM) :

a. Purchase Requisitions (PR)

b. Purchase Orders (PO)

c. Goods Receipt (GRN)

d. Invoice Verification (MIRO)

- Support stock transfers, consumption posting, and inventory adjustments

- Handle vendor master & material master data changes (as per authorization)

- Monitor open POs, GR/IR, and pending approvals

- Act as first point of contact for SAP MM-related user issues,

- Generate and validate MM reports

- Ensure process compliance and data accuracy

- Troubleshoot and resolve transaction-level errors

- Coordinate with SAP Functional / Basis / ABAP teams for unresolved issues support UAT, regression testing, and rollouts

Required Skills :

- Good knowledge of :

a. Procurement cycle

b. Inventory Management

c. GR/IR process

- Experience with SAP S/4HANA preferred

- Familiarity with key T-codes : ME21N, ME22N, ME23N, MIGO, MIRO, MM01, MM02, MB52, ME2N, ME5A

- Working knowledge of Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot)

- Understanding of retail / manufacturing / distribution processes

- Ability to handle high-volume transactions

- Strong coordination and communication skills

- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
