Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced IT Solutions Architect - SAP Manufacturing to lead SAP supply chain technology solutions, system enhancements, and project implementations. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in SAP ECC, particularly in Materials Management (MM), Production Planning (PP), and Production Execution, along with experience in manufacturing operations and end-to-end supply chain processes.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead SAP solution design, enhancements, and implementations across Materials Management (MM), Production Planning (PP), and Production Execution.

- Provide production support for manufacturing, supply chain, demand planning, and supply planning processes.

- Lead solution architecture, functional design, and SAP ECC system enhancements based on business requirements.

- Gather business requirements, prepare functional specifications, and coordinate with technical teams for development and customization.

- Work with RICEFW objects, customizations, and SAP integration solutions.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, project owners, functional teams, and technical developers to ensure seamless integration across SAP and non-SAP systems.

- Support SAP testing activities, including test script execution, defect resolution, and functional validation.

- Provide technical and functional guidance for manufacturing ERP processes and shop-floor operations.

- Recommend solutions for complex business challenges and drive continuous process improvements.

- Support SAP implementation projects, system sustainability, and performance optimization.

- Coordinate with manufacturing plant personnel to address day-to-day ERP requirements and operational issues.

Mandatory Skills and Qualifications :

- 10+ years of relevant experience in SAP manufacturing and supply chain solutions.

- Experience with at least three full lifecycle SAP ECC implementations.

- Strong expertise in SAP MM, Production Planning (PP), and Production Execution.

- Hands-on experience in SAP ECC configuration, functional design, enhancements, and production support.

- Experience with SAP interfaces, APIs, IDocs, BAPIs, and integration frameworks.

- Knowledge of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and shop-floor automation.

- Experience supporting manufacturing plants and day-to-day ERP operations.

- Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain and manufacturing business processes.

- Excellent stakeholder management, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Ability to manage complex requirements, resolve issues, and work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Additional Requirements :

- Bangalore work location is mandatory.

- MBA in a related field is preferred.
