Job Overview :

We are looking for an experienced SAP MM Lead Consultant with strong functional expertise in Materials Management and S/4HANA implementations. The candidate will be responsible for leading end-to-end implementation projects, managing teams, and driving business process excellence across procurement and inventory management functions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage SAP MM implementation and enhancement projects

- Handle procurement and inventory management processes end-to-end

- Manage RICEFW lifecycle including reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, forms, and workflows

- Oversee logistics invoice management processes

- Work on S/4HANA functionalities and ensure alignment with best practices

- Lead offshore teams and ensure smooth coordination across teams

- Act as a primary point of contact for client interactions and stakeholder communication

- Participate in all phases of implementation including ITC (Integration Testing Cycle), FUT (Functional Unit Testing), data migration, and cutover activities

- Ensure timely delivery of project milestones with high quality

- Identify process improvements and recommend best practices

Mandatory Skills :

- Strong experience in SAP MM with S/4HANA

- Deep knowledge of procurement and inventory management processes

- Hands-on experience with RICEFW lifecycle

- Experience in logistics invoice management

- Full end-to-end S/4HANA implementation experience

- Strong understanding of S/4HANA best practices

- Experience with SAP Fiori applications
