Role Overview :

We are seeking a seasoned SAP MM Consultant to join our dynamic team based in Thane, Mumbai. In this role, you will serve as a strategic bridge between complex business requirements and robust SAP solutions, focusing on the end-to-end lifecycle of SAP S/4HANA implementations. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional project teams, business stakeholders, and technical architects to translate intricate procurement and inventory challenges into scalable, high-performance system configurations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and configure end-to-end SAP MM solutions to streamline procurement, inventory management, and invoice verification processes for diverse business units.

- Lead full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementations, managing everything from initial blueprinting and gap analysis to final deployment and post-go-live support.

- Design and execute complex SAP Retail strategies to ensure inventory accuracy and supply chain agility across multi-channel retail environments.

- Govern and maintain high-integrity SAP Master Data, ensuring data consistency and quality across the enterprise to support informed decision-making.

- Facilitate workshops with key stakeholders to gather requirements, document functional specifications, and align technical solutions with long-term business objectives.

- Troubleshoot and resolve critical system issues, providing expert guidance to internal teams to minimize downtime and optimize system performance.

- Mentor junior consultants and provide functional leadership during project phases to foster a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrate deep functional expertise in SAP MM and S/4HANA, with a proven track record of managing complex configurations and business process mapping.

- Exhibit extensive experience in the SAP Retail domain, specifically in managing store-level inventory and replenishment cycles.

- Possess strong analytical capabilities to manage and migrate large-scale SAP Master Data sets while maintaining stringent data governance standards.

- Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment and buy-in across all levels of the organization.

- Showcase a minimum of 8 - 12 years of hands-on experience in SAP implementation projects, demonstrating the ability to navigate high-pressure environments.

- Adapt seamlessly to a hybrid work model in Thane, Mumbai, while maintaining high levels of productivity and collaborative engagement with remote and on-site teams.

- Hold a relevant degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or Information Technology, complemented by a professional, solution-oriented mindset.
