Role Overview :

We are seeking a seasoned SAP MM Consultant to join our team in Bangalore to lead high-impact SAP S/4 HANA transformation projects. In this role, you will act as a bridge between complex business requirements and technical execution, working closely with cross-functional stakeholders and client leadership teams. You will be responsible for designing robust procurement and inventory management solutions that drive operational efficiency and provide scalable value to our clients' global supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and deploy end-to-end SAP MM solutions within S/4 HANA environments to streamline procurement and inventory workflows for enterprise clients.

- Lead full-cycle SAP implementation projects, managing everything from initial blueprinting and gap analysis to final configuration and post-go-live support.

- Collaborate with business process owners to translate complex operational challenges into optimized SAP configurations that improve supply chain visibility.

- Conduct workshops and training sessions for end-users to ensure seamless adoption of new processes and system functionalities.

- Provide expert-level troubleshooting and system optimization to resolve critical bottlenecks in existing SAP landscapes, ensuring high system availability and performance.

Required Skillset :

- Possess 8 to 14 years of hands-on experience in SAP MM, with a proven track record of successfully delivering multiple full-cycle SAP S/4 HANA implementations.

- Demonstrate deep functional expertise in procurement, inventory management, valuation, and invoice verification, alongside strong integration knowledge with SD, FI, and PP modules.

- Exhibit exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical strategies to non-technical business leaders.

- Maintain a proactive, problem-solving mindset with the capacity to navigate complex project environments and meet stringent delivery timelines in a hybrid work setup.

- Hold a relevant degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field, complemented by a strong understanding of global supply chain best practices.
