Key Responsibilities :

- Provide L2/L3 AMS support for SAP MM.

- Resolve incidents, problems, and service requests within SLA.

- Support Procurement, Inventory, and Invoice Verification processes.

- Troubleshoot pricing, account determination, and release strategy issues.

- Maintain Material Master, Vendor Master, and Purchasing Info Records.

- Monitor integrations between SAP S/4HANA and external procurement systems via CIG.

- Analyze IDocs, cXML messages, and interface errors.

- Coordinate with SAP CPI/PI/PO teams.

- Support change requests, testing, and transport management.

- Prepare Functional Specifications (FS).

- Maintain SOPs, knowledge base articles, and audit documentation.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in SAP MM configuration and S/4HANA implementation, with a deep understanding of inventory management and P2P cycles.

- Proven ability to manage AMS support engagements, balancing urgent troubleshooting with long-term system optimization.

- Strong analytical mindset to translate complex business requirements into scalable SAP technical solutions.

- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and influence decision-making.

- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, client-facing environment, maintaining high standards of professionalism and service delivery.

- Minimum of 7 to 10 years of professional experience in SAP consulting, with a track record of managing end-to-end project lifecycles.

- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, complemented by a proactive approach to learning new SAP technologies.
