Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced SAP MM & Logistics Execution (LE) Consultant with 7+ years of hands-on experience in SAP Materials Management (MM) and Logistics Execution (LE). The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in procurement, inventory management, logistics processes, and cross-functional SAP integrations.

The candidate will be responsible for gathering business requirements, configuring SAP MM/LE solutions, supporting end-to-end implementations, and ensuring seamless integration with other SAP modules. The role requires strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to deliver complete SAP solutions from design through post-go-live support.

Key Responsibilities :

1. SAP MM & LE Configuration :

- Configure and customize SAP MM and Logistics Execution (LE) processes.

- Design and implement procurement, inventory, warehouse, and logistics solutions.

- Configure purchasing, inventory management, valuation, account determination, and logistics processes.

- Support business process improvements and SAP enhancements.

2. Procurement & Inventory Management :

- Manage and configure end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.

- Handle :

1. Purchase Requisitions (PR)

2. Requests for Quotation (RFQ)

3. Purchase Orders (PO)

4. Contracts & Scheduling Agreements

5. Inbound Deliveries

6. Goods Receipt (GR)

7. Invoice Verification (IV)

- Support inventory management and stock control processes.

- Configure Stock Transfer Orders (STO) and special procurement scenarios.

3. Master Data Management :

- Manage and maintain :

1. Material Master

2. Vendor Master

3. Business Partner

4. Purchasing Info Records

5. Source Lists

6. Pricing Conditions

- Ensure data accuracy, governance, and compliance.

4. Requirement Gathering & Solution Design :

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.

- Translate business requirements into functional specifications.

- Conduct workshops and solution design sessions.

- Prepare configuration documents, process flows, and functional specifications.

5. Testing & Support :

- Perform :

1. Unit Testing (UT)

2. Integration Testing (IT)

3. User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

- Support defect resolution and issue management.

- Provide post-go-live support and hypercare activities.

- Ensure smooth transition into production support.

6. SAP Integration :

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with :

1. SAP SD (Sales & Distribution)

2. SAP PP (Production Planning)

3. SAP FI (Finance)

4. SAP PS (Project Systems)

5. SAP PM (Plant Maintenance)

- Support end-to-end business process integration across modules.

Required Technical Skills :

1. SAP MM :

- Procurement Processes, Purchasing, Inventory Management, Invoice Verification, Material Valuation, Source Determination, Release Strategies, Vendor Evaluation, Subcontracting, Consignment Processing, STO Processes.

2. SAP Logistics Execution (LE) :

- Inbound Logistics, Outbound Logistics, Delivery Processing, Transportation Processes, Goods Movements, Warehouse Coordination, Shipping Processes.

3. SAP S/4HANA :

- SAP S/4HANA MM, SAP S/4HANA Procurement, SAP Fiori Applications, Business Partner Configuration.

4. Functional Expertise :

- Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Inventory Management, Warehouse Processes, Supply Chain Operations, Material Planning, Procurement Optimization.

Project Experience :

- Minimum 2 to 3 end-to-end SAP implementation or rollout projects.

- Experience across all project phases :

1. Requirement Gathering

2. Blueprinting

3. Configuration

4. Testing

5. Deployment

6. Go-Live Support

7. Hypercare

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or related field.

- 5+ years of SAP MM and Logistics Execution consulting experience.

- Strong hands-on configuration experience in SAP MM and LE.

- Proven experience in SAP implementation and support projects.

- Experience handling multiple projects simultaneously.

- Strong understanding of procurement and inventory business processes.

Preferred Qualifications :

- SAP MM Certification.

- Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations.

- Knowledge of SAP Fiori applications.

- Exposure to Agile and SAP Activate methodologies.

- Experience in Manufacturing, Retail, Automotive, or Supply Chain industries.
